How do I access my training courses?

Your assigned training courses can be found under My Courses in the main navigation. From there, select a course to view your lessons, activities, assignments, resources, and progress. You can also use Continue Learning from your Dashboard to quickly return to your current training.

How do I join a live training session?

Visit Live Sessions from the main navigation or select View Live Sessions from your Dashboard. Your scheduled sessions will appear there with the information you need to join. We recommend joining a few minutes early to check your microphone, camera, and internet connection.

How do I contact my instructor?

Visit Contact Your Instructor from the Support section or use the messaging features available within your training environment. Your instructor can assist with course content, assignments, language questions, feedback, and recommendations for additional practice.

Where can I find my assignments?

Assignments are located within your assigned course and appear alongside the lessons and activities in your training curriculum. Select the assignment to review the instructions, complete the activity, and submit your work.

Where can I find additional language practice and resources?

Visit Resources to access language references, vocabulary tools, listening practice, training materials, and other resources designed to support your development between instructor-led sessions.
